Siim Kallas Book of Condolence

Siim Kallas (2 October 1948 – 22 August 2026) served as Prime Minister of Estonia, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Finance, President of Eesti Pank (Bank of Estonia), Vice-President of the European Commission, and a long-serving member of the Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu). He was one of the authors of the proposal for a Self-Managing Estonia, a leading figure in the 1992 currency reform, and one of the founders of the Estonian Reform Party. His work had a profound impact on the development of Estonia’s economic system following the restoration of independence, as well as on Estonia’s accession to the European Union and NATO.
