The meeting is being held on the invitation of President of the European Council Charles Michel and serves as a continuation of the discussions begun at the informal meeting in Granada on the future of the EU, including its enlargement.
Attending the meeting alongside Prime Minister Kallas will be President Emmanuel Macron of France, Prime Minister Mark Rutte of the Netherlands, Prime Minister Luc Frieden of Luxembourg and Prime Minister António da Costa of Portugal.
